- Opening an account using someone else's name or details is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Not for users under 18. HeyBaji strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

What Is Wagering? To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.

Once a bet is confirmed on HeyBaji, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you may partially or fully settle your bet under the applicable conditions.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Odds in live betting can change rapidly.
- If a bet is affected by a technical issue, HeyBaji's decision is final.
- Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Exploiting incorrectly displayed odds is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and security of the HeyBaji platform. Any violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to hack or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Money laundering or any transaction involving illicit funds.
- Offensive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct on the platform.
- Collecting or disclosing other users' personal information.
HeyBaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under investigation — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Account closure decisions are final.
Users may also close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn, however all bonus funds will be forfeited.
